Ben Higgs

Ben Higgs was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene and moved to Sandpoint in 2007 to try to become the perfect ski bum. After some years of trying, Ben became the co-owner of Powder Hound Pizza, along with his wife, Jeannie.

When Ben is not slinging pizza, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors. Ben is a ski patroller at Schweitzer during the winter months, and the rest of the year, he enjoys mountain biking, gravel biking, and spending time with his wife and daughter. Ben has an A.A.S in Resort and Recreation Management, served on the Board of Directors for the Schweitzer Mountain Community Association, and has a passion for live music, good food, and giving back to his community.
