KALEB KEATON

Kaleb was born and raised in Sandpoint and identifies himself as a Sandpoint “Lifer.” He spent his childhood swimming in the lake and skiing on the mountain and enjoyed going to the Festival with his friends and family year after year. Kaleb attended Florida State University as an undergrad and got involved with Student Campus Entertainment, where he was chair of the comedy committee. He was involved with numerous events and productions designed to provide culture and entertainment to the student body.

After college and a stint of traveling, Kaleb started a career in human services. He earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and has worked in numerous areas within the field, including developmental intervention, substance abuse treatment, mental health therapy, and life coaching. Kaleb married the love of his life (and fellow local) Britta Wehrle, and the two have decided to raise their son Johannes in the most beautiful town on the planet.
