Season Passes go on sale on October 1. Individual tickets go on sale as the performances are announced.

Will Call is held at the venue Box Office next to the front gate.
The Box Office is open from 4 - 9 PM on performance days.
Individuals must present a matching ID and/or confirmation number to claim tickets on Will Call.

Beware of counterfeit tickets as well as inflated prices. Before buying from a third-party, please check that you are on the Festival at Sandpoint's website or ETix ticketing platform. Please note that original tickets or badges must be present to gain entry into the venue.
We can only guarantee purchases from www.festivalatsandpoint.com , by calling (208) 265-4554, or by coming into the office at 525 Pine Street, Sandpoint, ID .
Scammed tickets are subject to cancellation at any time without notice.

With a $35 donation to the Festival at Sandpoint’s non-profit mission, guests can get an Early Entry (EE) ticket to stand in a shorter line and get in 15 minutes before general admission gates open!
Season Pass Badges and Sponsor tickets cannot be upgraded to early entry.

Yes, tickets are 100% transferable, including Season Pass Badges. Please note that original tickets/badges must be present to gain entry into the venue.

Per our ticketing policy and agreement, all ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.

Please note that tickets will be delivered digitally 5 days prior the performance at 6 PM PST to the email that was used for purchase.

Season Pass
Season Passes will be ready for pickup starting June 2, 2025 at the Festival Office.
Customers will be required to present ID and confirmation number that match the order to claim.

After careful consideration, the Festival at Sandpoint has made the difficult decision that outside liquids will no longer be allowed into the Summer Performance Series.
Obtaining adequate insurance has become increasingly difficult, with most insurers declining coverage altogether due to our previous beverage policy, therefore threatening our ability to sustainably fulfill our mission and serve our community.
Empty 32oz (or less) water bottles are encouraged, with free refillable water stations available throughout the venue. Outside food will be allowed in the venue.
We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our valued guests as we work together to ensure a memorable and safe experience for everyone.
